Our gift cards are available for all treatments and products are non-refundable and must be produced at the time of use. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Oblique Beauty House cannot accept liability for lost gift cards. Our expert team will be delighted to assist you if you need advice.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment. Late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time; however, treatments will still be charged at full price.
To cancel or change an appointment a minimum of 12 hours' notice for nail and brow appointments is requested. 24 hours' notice is required for Hair appointments and for all services at Oblique Beauty House Aesthetics. If no notice has been given within a specified time, 50% charge will be applied. Appointments missed without notice will be charged at full price.
We reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance with the cancellation policy.
Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from Oblique Beauty House. We will not accept any item for exchange or refund which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All courses must be paid for in full at the time of booking and completed within 6/12 months depending on treatment specifications outlined in the Purchase Agreement and are non-refundable. Missed appointments with no notice will result in treatments deducted from your course.
Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. We would, on occasion, like to send you details of open evenings and special promotions. If you would rather not receive these, please let us know.
