At Oblique beauty house, we understand that hair loss, balding or alopecia, are some of the most frustrating, demoralising conditions for both men and women.

What causes hair loss?

Hair loss has many causes. What’s causing your hair loss can determine whether your hair:

  • Falls out gradually or abruptly
  • Thins
  • Can regrow on its own
  • Requires treatment to regrow
  • Needs immediate care to prevent permanent hair loss

What are the causes of hair loss?

Hereditary hair loss

Both men and women develop this type of hair loss, which is the most common cause of hair loss worldwide. In men, it’s called male pattern hair loss. Women get female pattern hair loss. Regardless of whether it develops in men or women, the medical term is androgenic alopecia.

In women, the first noticeable sign of hereditary hair loss is usually overall thinning or a widening part. When a man has hereditary hair loss, the first sign is often a receding hairline or bald spot at the top of his head.

Is regrowth possible?

Yes, treatment can help stop or slow hair loss. It may also help regrow hair. The earlier treatment is started, the better it works. Without treatment, you will continue to lose hair.

What treatment options do you offer?

At Oblique Beauty House, we offer hair loss treatments for both women and men as a full solution to hair loss or as an addition to hair transplant surgery done elsewhere.

Mesotherapy, one of the options we offer for hair loss, is a unique treatment which involves a once a week series of injections containing active ingredients to stimulate hair growth.

By administering these active ingredients to the mesoderm (middle layer of the skin) the treatment stimulates strong hair and promotes growth of thicker healthier hair.

We also use PRP therapy and Dermadrop either as a single treatment or in combination with one another.

FAQ

Q: What causes hair loss?

A: Hair loss can be caused by a variety of factors including genetics, hormonal changes, medical conditions, medications, stress, aging, and damage from styling.

Q: What hair loss treatment options do you offer?

A: We offer mesotherapy injections, PRP therapy, and dermadrop to stimulate hair growth. These can be used alone or in combination for a customized treatment plan.

A: It involves a series of targeted injections containing active ingredients to stimulate hair follicles and improve hair growth. The ingredients are delivered to the mesoderm layer of skin.

Q: What is PRP therapy?

A: Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy involves injecting your own plasma containing growth factors into the scalp to stimulate hair follicles. It helps improve hair thickness and growth.

Q: What is dermadrop used for?

A: You can expect to see some results after 6-12 weeks, but full results can take 6-9 months of consistent treatments. Individual response varies.

Q: Are the hair loss treatments painful?

A: There is minimal pain or discomfort. Numbing cream can be applied before injections. Redness, swelling, or itching may occur temporarily.
