After the first treatment, you'll begin to feel results. Your muscles will feel toned and worked out. This treatment requires consistency of treatment and should be done as a one off.
The duration of EMS BodyTone treatment varies depending on the treated area, typically beginning at 30 minutes for smaller body parts like the arms or buttocks. Your practitioner will assist you in crafting a personalized treatment plan based on your desired result.
Undergoing the EMS Bodytone procedure is similar to a workout session. Throughout the treatment, you'll remain comfortably reclined, allowing you to relax while your muscles are stimulated. After the treatment is completed, there is no need for a recovery period; you may resume all daily activities immediately. The Ems Bodytone is non-invasive and requires no recovery time or pre/post treatment preparation.
Pregnant and lactating women should not receive treatment, nor should women who are close to their menstruation date. Please refrain from therapy if you have metal or electronic implants in the desired treatment area, cardiac pacemakers, defibrillators, neurostimulators, drug pumps, swelling, epilepsy, or have recently undergone surgery.
Ems Bodytone will strengthen the core muscles, including the core muscles of the abdominal muscles - rectus abdomens, external and internal oblique, transverse abdomens, and the gluteus maximus in the small core muscles.
